ALL BUNDLED UP

Hey guys! It's been a a bit since I've done a post, my apologies. I've been busy starting a new semester at school and dealing with some weird back problems (ugh!) Anyways, today I went venturing into a local state park near by. No matter how much I complain about the winter, I can't deny how beautiful and serene everything looks covered in snow. It is a whopping 18 degrees here in CT, so I gotta bundle up.

This scarf is the softest and I just wanna cuddle up in it all day. That's what any good scarf should make you wanna do..right?

I spent the majority of my day in class, so today I'm wearing a cute but simple (and cozy) dress and sweater combo.

Can't go wrong with one of my favorite pairs of boots!

Oh, and yes, I wear glasses! Once in a while I like to give my eyes a break from my contacts, and I've had these Burberry frames for a few years now. I still feel cute in them!

PAISLEY SUNDAY

It was another fairly warm day here in CT so I decided to take the opportunity to get outside before the freezing weather comes back! I headed over to Kent Falls with Danny and our friend Zach, which wound up being really awesome. The semi-warm weather let me get away with not wearing a coat and instead replace it with a denim vest. I love that vests offer a blank canvas to add your own personality. This vest I actually sewed the floral fabric on and the patch! You can go to different etsy shops and find some awesome patches or even cut out graphics from your favorite vintage tee. I also added some pins alongside my vintage cameo because I love them so much. Overall, I liked the casual yet girly/grunge flare of my outfit. Happy Sunday everyone!
