BABYDOLL FLORALS PART II

It feels so good to not have to wear tights, and still be warm! All I really needed today was some light layering, which this maxi cardigan was perfect for. I wore this dress in my very first outfit post...and I still love it just as much. It's funny looking back on that to see how much has changed! Who told me it was okay to pose like that?! Nonetheless, though, it does make me happy to see how far Annalise and I have come in terms of many aspects of Black in Bloom.

Today I'm off to see Michael sing in his spring choir concert and get some much needed family time in. Happy Sunday to all of my Bloomers :)

SWAP SHOP SUNRISE

Hey Bloomers! Sorry I've been MIA the past few days, but I was on a short vacation in Florida enjoying the perfect weather.  I couldn't pass up this opportunity and had to get some outfit photos while I was there. It felt so nice not having to wear any winter clothes. These pictures were taken at the Swap Shop in Fort Lauderdale. The Swap Shop is a huge flea market and drive-in movie theater. My family is serious about antiquing and thrifting so we got up before dawn to get here (We may be a little crazy). When we got there the sun was just coming up so I thought it was perfect for some pictures! Hopefully we'll see spring soon.

SPRING FEVER

Both this random wave of warm(er) weather and my vibrant flowers have me yearning for spring. I can feel it coming! Anyways, I made the best of this not so bitter cold day with my cardigan and thigh highs. These socks were given to me as a gift from my aunt. She said she couldn't resist buying them because they were screaming my name, she knows me so well! My family rules. Paired with my floral (of course) dress and platform sneakers, I felt spring ready, soooo, Mother Nature, if you could please bring that on.

WILD & FREE

Happy Monday everyone! I hope everyones week is off to a good start. Today I'm keeping it somewhat casual with by baseball tee style dress and boots. I got this floral vest at Forever 21 last year and I still love it! The studded details is what drew me to it. I decided to do a little DIY as well and add one of my favorite patches onto the back. I've had these boots for a little over 4 years (and it shows!) and they're just so comfy. I accessorized with my bandana around my neck and the look was complete. I feel casual but stylish to start my week off.
